New Head of Intellectual Property Commission

The Board of ICC Poland appointed new a Head of Intellectual Property Commission. Oskar Tułodziecki will replace Waldemar Saniewski in this position and Mr. Saniewski will become Vice-President of the Commission.

Mr. Tułodziecki is a Partner in the Warsaw office of K&L Gates Jamka. His practice focuses on intellectual property and media, as well as civil and commercial law. Mr. Tułodziecki has advised numerous clients on the protection of their intellectual property rights and related issues and was involved in the work of the Commission as its Vice-President. The former Head will still be involved in the Commision’s work which includes developing the Polish Copyright Law, initiating debates among practitioners and theorists of intellectual property law, supporting and advising entrepreneurs and participating in legislative work in the field of intellectual property law. We would like to thank Mr. Saniewski for all his work in developing the new Commission over the last few years and wish them both lots of luck in their new roles!

International Chamber of Commerce will support business engagement at the forthcoming COP24 in Katowice

We are delighted to inform that International Chamber of Commerce will be present to support business engagement at the forthcoming 24th Conference of the Parties (COP24) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change from 3-14 December 2018, in Katowice, Poland. ICC has a long history of promoting climate action at the international level and is the UNFCCC Focal Point for Business and Industry. We would like to invite all attendees of COP24 to the meeting organized by the ICC.
